Bitz Bar

Bitz bars were big chocolate bars that would have been too expensive for me to buy as a child as I only got 30p to go to the sweetie shop with! The wrapper was [I think] dark brown with green or orange foil below and with Bitz written in green or orange writing, depending on the flavour. You know when you wave sparklers about and write things in the air with them? Well that's what the writing was like.

If memory serves,I think these were made with a blend of milk and plain chocolate, which was (and still is) quite unusual.

She’s not mistaken! There was indeed a bar of chocolate called BITZ & it had little crunchy bits(BITZ) in it from the late 80’s through the 90’s!
