Anyone remember this children's drama shown round about xmas 1990? It was originally German and featured a young girl called Anna, who overcame a car accident and went on to become a ballerina. It was shown over 5 days, I think, and there was also a movie where she went to New York. I got the DVD in Germany and, although I don't understand much, it's nice to see it again as I loved ballet and Anna had nice clothes!

    I loved this show when I was young too and could also only get the German version of it. i have even tried the subtitles feature on the dvd but to no avail. If you do find it please let me know. Rachel

    I am trying to find a copy of this film as my daughter loved this film but never got to see the end. I would love to get it for her birthday next month

    I remember a similar story, from a "Little Golden Book" Except the little girl had polio, and her doctor recommended ballet classes to strengthen her legs. This would have been back in the early 1960's She went on to become a ballerina/
