This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

My brother had this incredibly annoying animated digital pet that lived on this egg-shaped LCD screen thing. It demanded to be fed and cried its digital beeps like a real pet!

    I used to love those! For a while I was never without one, and my room quickly filled up with them as I used to buy new ones whenever the old ones ran out of batteries (I didn't know how to change them back then). Thankfully my Mum was patient enough to take care of them for me when I was in school!

    that sounds like me at my school, i loved small electronic things and although i never had a real tamagotchi, i had a bunch of other cheap ones which i linked together on the keyrings they came with. i particularly remember a light blue wing shaped one which instead of small animals or whatever that you looked after, it was a baby which grew into a human, then died and turned into an angel, then died again and turned into a reaper/skeleton thing. It was really weird. I'd always take them to school and when teachers complained i'd always worry they'd die if i left them at home.

    I didn't have a proper Tamagotchi, my mum was stingy so I had a cheap version instead, I think it was a dog. They banned them at my school, but everyone used to take them in anyway.

    I had a dog one, a cat one, and I think I had a dinosaur one too..

    haha the memory i have of these is we all had one each and there is 5 ov us and we got fed up of hearing them that we let our big brother look after them,we even took them on holiday and there is a pic of my brother goin mad as they are all beeping off at the same time.
