Styx

I loved the black glass bottle and the musky smell of Styx perfume and got lots of compliments when I wore it. Also there was a little witch spell you were supposed to use when you wore it, something like: turn around three times and think of someone you fancied.

I remember the Styx perfume and the spell was go to a dark place and repeat the one you wants name backwards three times. I would love to qwn a bottle of this perfume now if anyone knows where I can get one please notify me at jenblou@hotmail.com

I got rid of my empty bottle probably in the late 70's I wish I had kept it. I remember a commercial we had here in Canada , the long dark haired woman wearing a flowing evening gown said, " I summon the spirits the powers that be, whisper my message enchant him for me " It always worked for me !!

I bought a little pot of Styx off Ebay.. I treasure it! I used to love the bottle that it came in, it almost felt like rubber,,I would give anything to have a bottle of it again...

I used to love Styx 'Wiches Potion' as a teenager in the 70's - I wish all those great perfumes were still around - they just don't make 'em like they used to!

it was "styx river styx water mystery double - turn him my way or bring him trouble!" sounds a bit like a threat doesnt it?? lol never worked anyway - not that i ever tried it you understand.....

I remember doing the spell on the back too! It was turn around three times and say the name of the one you fancied thre times backwards. Was the incantation was something like "Lightshine, quickshine , shine your love over me?"

Blimey! I have a small black pot of Styx perfume cream - it was my Mum's & must date from about 1968, thing is it doesn't seem to have gone off and still smells quite nice. It has a gold label with something resembling a devil's tale coming off the name.
