Furrever Friends

Furrever Friends were plush cats with really long tails. The tail sections had velcro on them so you could detach and reattach them. You could even buy separate tails to attach to your Furrever Friends to make them ridiculously long. These were called Tail Toppers. They all had cute faces, but bizarrely no hind legs. I suppose the long tail made up for that! They were made by Kenner in 1986 and there were six different plush cats made. A smaller version of the cats were made called Clip n Tails, which were little kittens with velcro paws you could attach to your Furrever Friend. I remember some girls would wear their Furrever Friends around their neck or as a belt. To my dismay, there was never a TV show dedicated o Furrever Friends, so I had to make do with Topcat and the Care Bears.

Cute stuffed animal cat with a long tail. You could buy extra tails to attach to the original tail to make it a very, very long tail. Came in different colors.
