Garfield

Garfield : Garfield was a cute, fat, ginger cat with a great sense of humour who lived with his male owner and a dog called Odie. Garfield started out as a newspaper cartoon but soon his popularity led to a childrens' TV programme and cuddly toys etc. Most recently, a movie about Garfield has been made.

Garfield was always getting in to trouble causing his dippy owner no end of problems!

I despise Garfield. He never was funny, and I very much doubt he ever will be.

I had Garfield everything, even clothes. I was reading Garfield books at 6. I miss Garfield so much. I did get the newer Ty Garfield beanie, and saw the movie.

i loved the comics and the tv show Garfield and Friends. I picked up a bunch of the comic books at garage sales and markets, i wouldnt be surprised if one day they were worth more than the 89c i paid to get them.

Also remembered...

YumYums

YumYums

I just recently raided the old toy chest and found my YumYums. A YumYum is a stuffed animal that on their stomach, feet and ears have a printed yummy candy item that also has a yummy candy fragrance. I had a cat with peppermint and my sister had a bunny with jelly beans. And after all these years they still smell sweet!

...and do you remember these?
