The Cisco kid

Tales about a Mexican cowboy called 'The Cisco Kid' and his sidekick 'Pancho'. The cowboys horses, 'Diablo' & 'Loco' were equally popular. The plots of the episodes were based around the cowboys stopping the corrupted, similar characters to Robin Hood but set in the Wild West.

The Programme broadcast from 1950 for 6 years, totalling 156 episodes. It was originally filmed in colour when the majority of the US population had black and white televison sets and was re-run in colour in the early 70's.

The main characters were Duncan Renaldo and LeoCarrillo and the series had a host of guest stars.
