This was a BBC series produced for CBBC between 1995 and 1998. It won a few awards for childrens drama.
The shows were based upon a novel - also called "The Queen's Nose", written by Dick King-Smith.
It was quite a lot of fun as the main character, Harmony, went about her day imagining the people around her as different animals (her father is portrayed as a seal, for example). She gets a magic coin that allows her 7 wishes.
Basically your basic gritty reality tv show!
